The Kruse Family is saddened to announce the passing of David R. Kruse.
In 1937, David was born to Robert and Frances Kruse. Kruse & Son was founded by the hard work of David and his father. Those early years were difficult. In his youth, David would work long hours before and after school, as well as many weekend. After attending UCLA, and completing his commitment to the Navy, David took the helm at Kruse & Son. During those years, the company prospered through many changes and challenges. In 1978, he designed the current facility and was the key role in many of the subsequent additions. My brother and I were fortunate to work and learn from our Dad, for many years. Recently, he was pleased to see our family's fourth generation become active in the company.
Dad will be extremely missed.
